Merchant Terms
Research use only
You sell only research-use-only products to research buyers. Every product page states research use only and not for human or veterinary use.
Buyer verification gate
Every checkout passes buyer verification before payment: researcher type, 21+, research-use attestation, terms of sale, email code and institutional verification (ROR institution with institutional email, American or European Peptide Society membership, or institutional documents). You may use Marble's gate or your own gate if Marble approves it, and you will keep every checkout path behind it and supply buyer verification records on request.
No human-use claims
You will not make health, benefit, dosing, administration or human-use claims, publish testimonials about effects, or describe products as equivalent to prescription drugs.
Cards only
Payments for Marble orders are taken by card through Marble and Stripe. You will not advertise or accept alternative payment methods for these products.
Refund policy
You publish a clear refund and returns policy and honor it. "All sales final" or no-refund policies are not permitted.
Regulatory actions
You will tell Marble in writing within 2 business days of any FDA warning letter, WHO alert, regulator inquiry, or other regulatory action involving your business, any owner, or any related business. Stripe does not accept merchants with prior regulatory violations.
Daily scans
You consent to automated daily scans of your storefront, including checkout path checks, and to compliance scoring under the published rules.
Pause and removal
Marble may pause processing immediately, and may remove your account, if prohibited findings remain after the cure window, your buyer gate stops blocking checkout, a regulatory match is found, you sell an unsupported product, or you breach these terms.
Merchant of record
You remain the merchant of record and are responsible for your own compliance. Marble provides software only.
