What Marble is
Marble is software. It is not a bank, payment processor or money services business, and nothing here is legal advice. Marble does not guarantee approval by Stripe or any processor. You remain the merchant of record and are responsible for your own compliance.
Who may use Marble
Businesses selling research-use-only products to verified business and institutional research buyers. Consumer sales are not permitted.
Your responsibilities
You are the merchant of record. You are responsible for your products, store content, taxes, shipping, refunds, and compliance with all laws and with Stripe's terms.
Fees
A monthly subscription plus a per-transaction processing rate shown in your dashboard, collected through Stripe. Stripe's own fees apply.
Suspension
Processing may pause automatically when your compliance score stays below the unlock threshold after the cure window, or when we pause an account after review.
No guarantee
Marble does not guarantee approval or continued service by Stripe or any processor.
